Date : A day in November of 2001 (Marcus is more than 15 months)

Marcus is very chicken and refrain from any attempts to walk. He walks pretty steady and with confidence when we hold his hands, however, once our hands are off from him, he kneels down at once. There was an occasion that I can share with you... an evening after I went back home, both boys were following me all along the way from the main door to my room. I wanted to grasp something from a distance just about 3 foot from my dressing table, I then asked Cameron to hold Marcus hand for "one moment" while I turned around my body and get that stuff. Before I turned my body, I asked Cameron again "It that OK?? Don't let him fall down, OK??" Cameron knocked his head and replied firmly "OK". After that "OK", I then turned my body and at the same time ......... Marcus already fell and laid down from head to feet on the floor!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't measure the noise while he was crying because he was crying with no sound (probably because he is too scary of that sudden fall and too painful). I couldn't blame Cameron since he is only a 3 year-old child and should not have been able to hold a baby that can yet walk!!!!!!

Date : A day in December of 2001

Cameron had mentioned to us that he wanted to send X'mas card to the principal and his class teacher since late last week. I kept on forget to bring those unused X'mas card from my office, managed to remember last night. We started to write the X'mas a while after finishing dinner. As I am sure that he would not able to distinguish the two card recipients by just looking at those Chinese character. I then drew a smiling face at the back of the envelope of the one to the principal. As it became easier to recognise, I still did not feel comfortable and confidence. I then conducted a short training to him by pretending I was the principal and see if he could pick the right card. At first, he managed to pick the right one .... but he said.... "Ah, here is something at the back .... and this is for you, principal!!!? We all laughed at once when we heard that. I then asked him not to speak out but say it inside his mind. After a few trial outs, he was getting quicker to pick the card without saying that silly sentence. I then thought him further to say "Wish you a Merry X'mas" when he handed the card. OK another try ......... I said "Hi, Cameron, I am the principal, do you have something for me" .... then he picked the right card, but was saying "Wishing you a Happy Birthday ...... We all included himself burst with big laughter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
